Trying to play audio by uploading .amr file on EC200A

The EC200AEUHA is using the PM802 and it do not support internal CodeC.
So you need an external CodeC.

Where can I buy this external codec module ?

If you have bought the Quectel EVB, it should include the CodeC module.
