RM520N-GL RNDIS only LTE

Hi,

im in trouble getting 5G working on my 5G-Modul. Tried everything but only get LTE working. Ist there any workaround or a newer Firmware with activated 5G for RNDIS. Actual version is RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G.

AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”
AT+QENG=“servingcell”
AT+QNWPREFCFG= “nr5g_band”
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nsa_nr5g_band”
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“rat_acq_order”

thanks for your answer. I get only Error for all commands. I dont know if the Reason for this is that it is running in RNDIS?
