RM520N-GL not connecting to 5G SA network

I am using RMU500 evaluation board + RM250 modem. I can see the 5G cell as serving when allowed only 5G mode and the n77 band but in limited service. User is not connecting or initializing the registration or connection process. Below is the firmware version. Can this be a modem or firmware not supporting issue?

Firmware version : RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G

Please confirm your SIM card supports SA, is there any devices worked fine with SA?
