RM520N-GL, modem not upgrading to EN-DC NSA mode

Hi,

We have RM520N-GL modem, and in some areas/locations, modem is not upgrading to EN-DC/NSA mode.

After checking, AT+QENDC returns (1) value, cell site + PLMN confirm supports EN-DC

Any guidance team?

Do you have any data operations? During operation, you can check whether it is NSA.
