RM510Q-GL firmware request (RM510QGLAAR11A03M4G_01.001.01.001) – AT+QSCAN cell ID support

Dear @silvia / Quectel support team,

I’m using an RM510Q-GL for a passive LTE/NR cell survey project (SIM-less, AT+QSCAN based) and would like the latest stock firmware if possible.

Questions:

  1. Could you please share the latest firmware for RM510Q-GL-AA (I believe RM510QGLAAR11A04M4G_01.200.01.200, unless there is something even newer) along with the release notes if possible?
  2. Does that version support AT+QSCAN=,1 to return Cell ID and TAC for LTE and NR5G?

I will flash with QFirehose on Linux. Please send it to my email on file if possible.
