We are in the process of setting up a project to measure 5G signal strength and other parameters for Jio and Airtel service providers in India. We would like to know whether RM500U-CNV module will be supported in India?

If it is a new project, it in not recommended to use RM500U, please contact with the sales on your region to recommended others.

We have already procured it, so we are testing this RM500U-CNV module. We have RM500UCNVAAR03A10M2G_01.001.01.001 version. Could you please send me the latest firmware with update instructions?
Can’t connect to 5G right now (Jio)
