RG255CGL wont connect to RedCap network

HI everyone
My modem RG255C-GL was once connected to the redcap network, but after that it did not connect even once. After firmware i can detect with AT+QENG=“servingcell” with limited services “LIMSRV”. I tried my best to connect but it doesn’t. APN is configured also. So can you people help me out what should i check or do to connect it?

Is it redcap network or non-redcap?
