Requesting help, the RG520N-EB is out of sa bands!

The device suddenly can’t use 5G, use ：AT+QNWPREFCFG=“ue_capability_band” to query bands, and found that RG520N-EB doesn’t have sa band anymore

Your current firmware is too old, I am not sure whether it can upgrade.

Do you try to use At command to comfirgure SA band?AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nr5g_band”

I tried AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nr5g_band” and AT+QNWPREFCFG=“nr5g_disable_mode”,0! read sa band still 0!

For this, we only have R03 firmware, your current firmware is R01, it has risk to upgrade.

For your module, is it a engineer sample?
