The MSFT modem can’t be flashed with the standard firmware. It only supports the customized firmware. I noticed your coworker has sent this firmware to users who asked for the latest version.
And I can’t access the standard firmware you sent me. The OneDrive page shows “Access Denied, No permission”
Customized firmware versions generally do not have iterative updates
I can confirm that MSFT firmware have, and the latest firmware is EM12GPAR01A15M4G.

Hey @damonto, I don’t know if you received the firmware from Quectel or not, but I recently made this tool to upgrade with the Microsoft package :

I haven’t received a response from the Quectel FAE yet. However, I obtained the EM12GPAR01A15M4G_MSFT firmware from another user who had received it previously. I’ll try your project to see if a newer firmware version is available.
