Hi, can I get a lastst firmwae for EC20CEHCLG-128-AUD?

My current version is EC20CEHCLGR06A02M1G_AUD, but it doesn’t work，only Quectel USB DM Port

Could you please confirm on the below questions:

  1. May I confirm which driver are you using?
  2. Is there any error shown on the Device Manager on your PC?
  3. and can you verify with other module? this is to distinguish between the driver error issue or module issue.

It’s not a problem with the driver; the module is now working properly.

I used the AT command (AT+QCFG=“usbcfg”) to compare the output results of ec20cefag and ec20cehclg.

Then, set ec20cehclg to have the same parameters as ec20cefag. Now, it works properly.
