Hello Quectel Support,
I’m experiencing persistent issues with my Quectel EG12-EA modem integrated in a MikroTik Chateau LTE12 router.
After updating RouterOS to recent versions (including 7.19.1), the modem fails to establish internet connectivity when used in passthrough mode. It connects to the BTS, and the downstream router (a UniFi USG 3P) correctly receives an IP address, but no internet traffic goes through. This behavior persists even after downgrading RouterOS or resetting the configuration. When passthrough is disabled, LTE works normally with NAT on MikroTik.
Here are the details of the modem:
admin@MikroTik] > /interface lte at-chat lte1 input=“ATI”
output:
Quectel
EG12
Revision: EG12EAPAR01A15M4G
OK
I believe the issue is due to the current modem firmware.
I kindly ask if you can provide me with the latest stable firmware version for the EG12-EA module (e.g. EG12EAPAR01A36M4G or newer) and the QFlash tool for updating.

Thank you for your support.
Have a nice day
