Request for Support – AT Command Response Issue on EC800M

Dear Quectel Support Team,

I am currently working with the EC800M module.
When I send AT commands via UART from my PC, I receive incomplete responses.
For details, please check the log file.
AT command error EG800M.txt (111 Bytes)

Here are the details of my setup:

  • Module: EC800M
  • Firmware version: EC800MCNGDR06A04M04

Could you please advise me on why this issue occurs and how to resolve it?

I suggest you try again using another TTL (USB to UART) converter.

I have tested with all the USB-to-TTL modules available to me, but the result remains the same. Therefore, I believe the issue might be with the EC800M module.

The current firmware in the module is EC800MCNGDR06A04M04. Could you please send me the latest firmware?
