Request to send documents for the mentioned device as follows…

  • GPS
  • TCP/IP
  • File IO
  • Network Scan
  • AT

A humble suggestion is to create a central repo of documents, firmwares at one place. Because most the time everyboyd is requesting for same files.

Thank you so much for the documents, they were really very useful to me.

One more humble request to you regarding NSA network scanning using AT+QSCAN command.

The firmware release notes ‘RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G_A0.300.A0.300’ says that…
NETWORK Extended AT+QSCAN to support scanning NSA network.

Can you please explain how to do it?

As checked internally, it is a customized feature, in standard firmware, it doesn’t support.
