Good day forum! I hope i’m putting this in the correct place.
I have come to this forum, because I have purchased 4 x Lenovo T14 G6 computers, and we installed 4 rm520n-gl by the supplier of these laptops. so we could use 5G with eSim.
When I received them, i reinstalled them all, same usb, same OS, same everything. but only one of them, seems to have eSim. The three of them says Insert Sim. With no other options.
The supplier told me I am the problem, I cant figure it out, and I didnt update the computers, bios firmware etc.. So of course I did all of that. Still no Luck.
After spending hours on google, it seems that there are TWO verions of this card, one that supports Sim and the other one eSim.
Can anyone help me “proof” to them, they installed the wrong card, or tell me if I am infact an idiot, and cannot figure this card out?
Can I identify what type of module I purhcased? I ended up opening the laptop I got, jt to see if they actually installed somtehing.. They did.. I took a picture of it if they can reveal the version.
