Please check the AT commands as below:
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“ue_capability_band”
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“mode_pref”
AT+QMBNCFG=“List”
AT+QNWPREFCFG=“rat_acq_order”
AT+QNWPREFCFG="nr5g_disable_mode

Or do you try to lock on 5G? Please share your current firmware.
