Hi,
I try to install
Product: RG255C-GL
SerialNumber: ad1ad481
I have followed the information in the RG255C-GL for Linux 6.1.0 and it doesn’t help me.
I have a Kernel 6.6.40
Modules Kernel : sources Quectel v6.6.11 or v6.7.5 (modules option, qcserial, usb_wwan, usbserial)
Application Quectel : QConnectManager_Linux_V1.6.4

[11-28_14:47:31:715] network interface ‘’ or qmidev ‘’ is not exist
[11-28_14:47:31:715] atdevice_detect failed
[11-28_14:47:31:715] qmidevice_detect failed

Below the results returned

Any Idea for helping ?

quectel-CM error is still present:

A major different with the video is that the device /dev/cdc-wdcm0 is not present.

thank you

There are two problems from your log.

  1. You should try the quectel-CM later than 1.6.7.
  2. You need the qmi_wwan_q driver.
    I have sent them.

Thank you,

Now the 5G board is detected. I notice that the interface is not wwan0 (as the 4G board) but wwan2 is it normal ?

The dmesg gives
