I am having also a random issue with my module, that in the past was solved my upgrading the firmware.
Sometimes the module restarts on its own.
My chipset is EC25EFA
I currently have EC25EFAR06A09M4G . Could you please send me the latest version?

Hi can you share with me the latest firmware and tools to update them. I have a test unit that always hangs once or twice a day that requires a reboot of the system to gain back access to it. I hope that a newer firmware would be better. thanks. Here are the details from my unit:

thanks for providing the latest firmware. I’ve updated is successfully using the QFirehose tool. But now the E25-E behaves like the new EC25-EUX that i have. I’m getting this error in ubuntu LTS 20.

When we try to access QSIM module in EC25-E, it is reporting ERROR.

Please let us know if it is the correct firmware version to enable eSIM function or if you need to enable a specific AT command.
