Quectel EC21-e and 4G VoLTE calls in Norway?

Unit2:

I get: on both units
AT+QCFG=“IMS”
+QCFG: “ims”,1,0
--------------------^—
I guess this means 1 and its ok.

However…
the commands you recomended gives me:
AT+QCFG=“IMS”
+QCFG: “ims”,1,1
--------------------^–^
and this means?

AT+CGDCONT?
+CGDCONT: 1,“IP”,“GPRS.SWISSCOM.CH”,“0.0.0.0”,0,0,0,0
+CGDCONT: 2,“IPV4V6”,“telenor”,“0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0”,0,0,0,0

So I do the test again:

  1. AT+QCFG=“IMS”
    +QCFG: “ims”,1,1

  2. call out and in.
    No calls

  3. AT+QCFG=“IMS”
    +QCFG: “ims”,1,0

I can see that IMS is 1,1 but after trying to call it goes back to 1,0

correction:

The IMS stays 1,1 for aprox 1 min then goes back to 1,0

Yes, that is what we did now.

It is not possible to call inn/out :slight_smile:

Any ways to debug more?

I see that the firmware you use was completed in 2018, I have sent you the latest firmware version, can you upgrade to the latest firmware to try?
It should be noted that the latest version has the anti-rollback function, and it cannot be downgraded to the old version after the upgrade.
If not, you may need to grab the module log for further analysis.
