Please can you point me to where I can download the firmware images for QuecPython and QuecOpen?
Also, the latest standard firmware (AT interface) so that i can revert back if necessary.

You may find the lates firmware of QuecPython here on this website : QuecDevZone
For QuecOpen, there is a specific procedure we need to follow, as you’ll need to complete the SDK questionnaire. No worrie,I’ll email you the necessary details shortly.
And for standard firmware, do let us know the full firmware version of BG95M3(Use AT command AT+QGMR) , in that case i will get you the latest firmware itself.
The key point is that all QuecPython firmware is publicly available on the website and can be downloaded directly. However, other types of firmware require assistance from an FAE for access and support.
