i bought 10 modems EM12 MSFT and 4 have this problem. Every 2 hours the modems lose connection. Always about the same time between 2 hours and 2 hours and 10 minutes. Revision: EM12GPAR01A02M4G_MSFT i update to Revision: EM12GPAR01A09M4G_MSFT and have same problem.
Of course I tried changing sim cards, modules and so on, but 6 modems works fine. Maybe there was a different firmware, I didn’t have time to check.

Could you help to check whether the firmware is different,and try to change the anntenna to check?
I found the firmware EM12GPAR01A16M4G_MSFT_BETA0811 and installed it, but the problem persists. They say that the EM12GPAR01A15M4G_MSFT version does not have this issue, so if you have this version, please send it to ferax1234@gmail.com
