The issue is quite strange. I’m using the Voice over USB method for voice calls, but from time to time, there is no sound during the call. Oddly enough, the sound may return on its own in the next call. I’ve also tried the UAC mode, but after running for a period of time, the audio completely disappears and only a manual replug can restore it. The module I’m using is the EC20 with firmware version EC20CEHDLGR08A02M. Do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting, or would updating the firmware potentially resolve this issue?
