Not able to flash quecpython firmware (EC200UCNAA)

Module:EC200U-CNAA
Initially could not flash ec200ucnaa quecpython firmware(QPY_OCPU_V0004_EC200U_CNAA_FW.bin) using qflash v7.
flashed 8910DM_LOGICROM_EC200UCN-AA_VOLTE firmware through vscode .
now cannot flash quecpython firmware and not revert back to old firmware.

What I Tried:

  • Boot pin to GND (Download mode jumper)
  • QFlash v6 and v7 (tried flashing QPY_OCPU_V0004_EC200U_CNAA_FW.bin)

Current Problem

  • COM Port disappears after device reset
  • Unable to enter download mode
  • QFlash shows “Port not exist” or stuck at offline

Question:

  • How to recover EC200U module? (or)
  • How to flash quecpython firmware into this module

If you need to download the Quecpython firmware using QFLASH, please use QPYCOM to extract the mass production firmware. For the steps, please refer to the link below

thnks it works fine.
shorted the vdd_ext and boot pin to enter download mode and then converted bin to pac file just as u showed and then flashed through qflashv6.

If you use QFLASH for downloading, you can also choose the AT port for downloading. QFLASH will send commands to the module through the AT port to make the module enter the download mode.
