Did you conduct the test in an open outdoor area?

Hello, thank you very much for the reply, unfortunately i don’t laptop & cannot carry the device outside but I have told my friend to conduct a test. I had dropped the antenna outside which almost open area next to my building. Earlier i have test other gps modules L89 just by placing close to window , i got fix in few minute but i m not able to get with EC25.
Thank you

Please recheck whether the circuit design of the GNSS pins and the active or passive design comply with the references provided in the design manual.

Okay actually the board is ready made , no schematic available. I had passive antenna I did try with that but nothing works.
Are these commands enough to get data from module assuming default configuration AT+QGPS=1 & AT+QGPSLOC=0.

Yes, how does your host communicate with EC25E? USB or UART?

Right now i m using USB connected to EC25 & Qnavigator. I ran test once again by placing a bit far out side window than i placed earlier. The modem was powered ON for 10 minutes approximately, logs :```

From the above log, it can be seen that the location information has been captured. and I have sent the QGNSS tool to assist in debugging

Oh okay i will test further & update you shortly. Thank you very much for quick support.

I did conduct test again but still no fix . Yesterday i reached out to board manufacturer regarding the issue ,they shared a list of supported antenna i & i m using is from the list of their supported variants.
Should I consider that board has an RF issue or antenna problem , because the same antenna works with GPS/GNSS modules.
Thank you

Vishnu

This label indicates that the frequency is in line with that of GPS. I think you need to further check the hardware.

I re conducted the test with both passive and other one with long wire(pic shared earlier) only with patch antenna it worked. It took 15 minutes but got fix with other didn’t get . Not sure why it didn’t work . According to manufacturer it should work with other one as well but no luck.
Thank you
