New Firmware for - RM255C-GL

I want to update the firmware of my RM255C-GL 5G Red cap module. I am running following firmware version-

AT+QGMR ,
RM255CGLAAR01A03M2G_A0.301.A0.301

Quectel
RM255C-GL
Revision: RM255CGLAAR01A03M2G

I have received the firmware.

Can you also guide me on how to upgrade the firmware using Linux host machine ?

Is there any documentation which I can refer, it will be great ?
