Need help selecting a GPS module

Hi Team,

Can you please help me select a module for GPS tracker supporting voice calls?

I am asking because specifications EC200U specs doesn’t say support of VoLTE but it seems it can be added by upgrading firmware. Also I want to understand how to get identify optional features (Wifi Scan, GNSS) from the model number.

The must have features I am looking for are these.

  • A-GNSS (Assisted GNSS)
  • WiFi Scan
  • 4G Support
  • VoLTE Support.

I have sent the specification sheet for EC200U to your email for your reference.
EC200U supports VOTEL.

The EC200U and EG912U both supports the functionality I need. However those chips are not available anywhere (Mouser, Digi-Key, etc). I want the specfic version which has both GNSS and Wi-Fi Scan. Can you help me with exact part number and availability.
I prefer EG912U as its smaller in size.

Thanks. I have gone through the specs. Can you please clarify if the optional GNSS in both EG912U and EC900U is single band or dual band. It is not mentioned in the specs.
