May I ask why you need this file? Did it erase during firmware upgrade?

I have 1 ec20 and it failed to access internet,Upgraded the firmware and still not working,I checkover such as AT+CFUN? ,it return 5 and can’t chage to 1, I think it missing qcn file.

May I ask if the module is in FTM mode. AT+QRFTESTMODE?
The QCN of each module is different, and if we restore the QCN we provided, the performance of the module will be poor.

AT+QRFTESTMODE?
+QRFTESTMODE: 1

AT+QRFTESTMODE=0
+CME ERROR: 0

For the QCN file,I can accept the performance will be poor.
