NB/IOT Module with GPS, BeiDou, Galileo, GLONASS etc

Hi There
I am after a NB/IOT module which also has navigation built in (rather than getting a separate GPS chip) for use in New Zealand. It will also require eSIM.
What would be the recommended devices?
