While trying to connect to MQTT client the authorization failure is happening +QMTCONN : 0,0,5
what may be the reason for the same

The previous issue has been resolved — it was caused by an incorrect username and password.

I have another query: does the EG800-AK-CN module support a file system?
I’m trying to connect the device to the AWS IoT Core platform, but when attempting to upload a file, the chipset does not accept it. I also checked the datasheet, where file system support is mentioned as optional.

Could you please confirm whether this module supports file system or file upload functionality?
