There is a LC29HEA_ [–also LG69T (AM,AP)] Moving_Base_Application_Note but function supports baseline (vector connecting the base antenna to the rover antenna) lengths varying from 0.2 m to 5 m for _EA.Mozihao did a board but there is no feedback… and it is limited to be installed on the same carrier platform.
For a real and not slave base and rover (either free of moving autonomously),the (rtk capable) module in base_mode must receive corrections but can not sent rtcm 1005 to the rover so only GGA and rest of rtcm; the rover receive partial corrections into a float condition due to the lack of 1005.If GGA in (4) fixed sentence of the base could be trasformed into rtcm 1005 then the setup would be complete.
I remember a setting on a moving ship that sent corrections to buoys…but I don’t remember the reference.
