Modem Disconnectivity Issue - EC200U

I’m trying to connect a Quectel EC200U (Tracx-1B 4G module, firmware EC200UCNAAR03A09M08) working reliably as a modem on a Raspberry Pi 5 with Raspberry Pi OS (Bookworm) using a Jio 5G SIM (operating in 4G mode). My goals are to establish a stable internet connection and extract GPS latitude/longitude.
Despite extensive troubleshooting, I’m facing persistent issues with modem detection

Below is the ModemManager Logs
Apr 23 13:51:13 raspberrypi ModemManager[4330]: [modem1] port ttyUSB5 timed out 10 consecutive times, marking modem as invalid
Apr 23 13:51:13 raspberrypi ModemManager[4330]: [modem1/bearer0] checking if connected failed: Couldn’t check current list of active PDP contexts: AT command was cancelled

Hi Quectel team, kindly requesting an update on this issue. Looking forward to your support. Thanks in Advance!

The ModemManager didn’t support the EC200U. But if the ModemManager is enabled, it will also send the AT to the EC200U.
