Title: LTE Connection Drops Every 3-5 Minutes on Quectel EC200A-EUHA
Hello,
I’m using a modem with the Quectel EC200A-EUHA module, and I’m experiencing frequent disconnections. When connected to LTE, my connection drops approximately every 3 to 5 minutes and reconnects after a few seconds.
Details:
- I’m using a KLPDA18Dbi directional antenna for LTE. Initially, I suspected a weak signal, but after checking with AT+QENG=servingcell, I found that the signal is in good condition:
+QENG: "servingcell","NOCONN","LTE","FDD",432,12,A122503,243,6250,20,3,3,791D,-87,-10,-78,14,52 - My module’s firmware version:
AT+CGMR EC200AEUHAR01A03M16 - When the connection drops, the modem logs show the following (not sure if this is directly related to the module):

It seems that the USB device is constantly **disconnecting and reconnecting**.
**Questions:**
1. Could this issue be caused by a **firmware bug**?
2. Has anyone faced a similar issue and found a solution?
3. Could adjusting **AT commands** help resolve this problem?
**Thanks in advance for any help!** 🙏
