@herbert.pan-Q thanks so much i got it and its working fine but the modem keep restarting every 130 seconds , i tried it with two different modules but the same problem
i tried commands AT+QCFG=“lastreset”
AT+QCFG=“resetlog” but its not supported

I suggest disconnecting the connection between EG915U and other peripherals. Instead, use USB or UART to only debug the EG915U module and verify if there are any frequent restart.
