I’m working with a couple of LG69T(AP) modules with A07 firmware which appears to be a few years old. Is there a newer firmware available for evaluation? Thank you!

Since the previous AP algorithm version is no longer maintained, if you want to update to the new software version, you need to activate the software, which is charged. It is recommended that you contact your local FAE or sales for consultation.
