LCH29HBS No reply from survey-in status command

I’m sure this is just a simple noob issue, but I cannot get a reply to the survey-in status, $PQTMSVINSTATUS. All other commands return the expected result.
I have tried sending $PQTMSVINSTATUS*0E, and $PQTMSVINSTATUS with no checksum, neither work.
What am I doing wrong?
Firmware version: $PQTMVERNO,LC29HBSNR11A01S,2023/02/13,10:14:06*27

Enable the Survey-In observation results
$PQTMCFGMSGRATE,W,PQTMSVINSTATUS,1,1*58

Disable the Survey-In observation results
$PQTMCFGMSGRATE,W,PQTMSVINSTATUS,0,1*59

$PQTMCFGSVIN,W,2,0,0,x,y,z*<Checksum> #Set the base in ecef
$PQTMCFGSVIN,R*26 check if ecef base is correct
