Hi @marketch The “module is not in service area” message is a known firmware-level regional restriction on the LC29H series. Your location in Uralsk falls within the restricted boundary. This is not a GNSS signal or RTK correction issue — the module’s firmware is blocking position output based on geographic coordinates.

Why is Kazakhstan in the restricted zone?
I bought the device and it doesn’t work correctly. No money will be returned for it. Is there firmware without locks?
Hi @marketch This was due that the location was near to Russia’s Border and this falls into restricted zone level. That why it is known firmware-level regional restriction.
Unfortunately, there is no firmware without locks.
