LC29HAA cannot enter bootloader mode for firmware update

Hi Quectel Support,

Module: LC29HAA on Quectel EVB V1.1
Problem: Cannot update firmware - module won’t enter bootloader mode

What I tried:

1. QGNSS Firmware Download - “Handshake failed”
2. RESET button during handshake - no response
3. D6 pin to GND during power-up - no response
4. PQTM/PAIR commands - module ignores all commands (no response)

Module outputs NMEA data normally but ignores all configuration commands.
RXD LED blinks when sending commands.

Firmware package: LC29HAANR11A05S
Current firmware version: Unknown (PQTMVERNO returns no response)

Please advise on correct procedure to enter bootloader mode.

Hi can U post a high res. pic of the board?
For upgrade must do a pin reset after U do the plug on green button…
pin 8 to ground on the LC29H chip

Ok, try to short on ground (the metal silkscreen) for a few second the pin 8 as in my pic, it is the red point marked ,
do it after launched the start…button.
