LC29H-EA firmware

Hello,
I need latest firmware for LC29H-EA.
Beside it I have device with two LC29HEA modules with heading support. I changed PCB and resolder these modules. However it looks like there is no way to reset to factory settings. I hope firmware update will resolve the issue however if there is any other advice I would be strongly grateful.

About your question, please make sure your PCB design meet module reference design. The refering technology document have sent to you through email.

Thank you very much. I proceed with upgrade however I went directly to This version is not licensed, please Contact FAE. message. And now I have no idea what to do next to get rid of it.
PCB is fine. We have 5 more units which works fine and stable.
I’ve sent you email with screenshot.

Hello

I am currently using an LC29H (EA) GNSS module and attempted to update the firmware using a version I found in an online forum. Unfortunately, the update process fails and returns the following error messages:

[10:53:40.252] ag3335_upgrade send_fw_file error
[10:53:40.379] qgnss_flash upgrade fail, ret:[-1]

Could you please provide me with the latest official firmware version for the LC29H (EA) module?

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could send me the correct AT command reference for this specific module. I have found several different command documents online and I am unsure which one applies to the LC29H (EA).
