LC29H(BA) The module is not in service area

Hi,

I bought a GPS module for development. But I can’t get the coordinates.
I get either empty coordinates or a message - $PQTMTXT,1,01,01,03, The module is not in the service area.*31.

The current firmware is LC29HBANR11A02S_CSA2.
I live in Russia. Can this be fixed?

I’m sorry to inform you that this is a regional restriction issue. You will not be able to use this device in Russia.
