Good morning,

Can someone send me the latest firmware of BG95-M3?
I am having issues as the board is not recognizing any MQTT AT commands (AT+QMTCFG, AT+QMTOPEN) and was wondering maybe this is a firmware issue.

For anyone else going through this process, a few items that will make this easier.

You need to install the Windows USB drivers before you use QFlash. There are a number of packages for this, so it was confusing as to which one to use. I found that Quectel_Windows_USB_DriverQ_NDIS_V2.7_EN.zip worked.
Use Windows Device Manager to determine the ports. With the modem plugged into USB and powered up (you may need to press a Power Key Button), type Device Manager in the Windows search box and open the tool. Open Ports (COM & LPT) and you should see something like this:

Ports (COM & LPT)
Quectel USB DM Port (COM10)
Quectel USB NMEA Port (COM8)
USB Serial Device (COM3)

Follow the directions in the QFlash User Guide for the LPWA Modules. When you get to the step of Load FW File, you will find that there are three prog_firehose_nand_mdm9x05.elf in the upgrade zip. I used the one in update\firehose. For me, I ended up with:

Before you click Start, check your COM Port again. I found that the selection mysteriously change to Port 3 and I had to set it back to 10.
Click Start. For me it took 69 Sec. QFlash showed PASS after the upgrade completed. I used the “AT+QGMR” command to verify the FW Version.The new Version is: BG95M3LAR02A03_A0.206.A0.206.
