Hello Quectel Team,

I have a generic 4G LTE USB modem based on Quectel EC20 or EG25-G module.

:hammer_and_wrench: Device Details:

  • IMEI: 861323065457313
  • Vendor ID: 05C6
  • Product ID: 9024
  • Appears on PC as: Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device
  • WebUI shows: “No Service”
  • APN and SIM are confirmed working

Previously it worked fine, but now it fails to register to the network.
I suspect the firmware is corrupted or outdated.

:wrench: Please provide:

  • Latest firmware package for this module
  • QFIL-compatible (.mbn/.xml) files
  • Optional: IMEI restore tool if needed
