Impossible to do Volte Call EM12G

Hello,
I have a problem with Quectel EM12G.
This is the version: EM12GPAR01A21M4G

When I try to do the following at command AT+QCFG=“ims” the result is ims,1,0 and I cannot try to use VoLTE also if the mobile using ims apn. Do you have some advices? What can I check?
If I try the sim in another mobile is it possible to do Volte call.

There are several suggestions as follows：
1）AT+COPS=0，Configure automatic network standard.
2) AT+QCFG=“nwscanmode”，0 Configure as automatic.
