I’m wondering how the retry strategy is within the modem.
I understand the modem will retry to setup a connection whenever a connection is lost.
How often will it do it and for how long.
I understand that operator tend to blacklist device that are continuously trying to connect. Is there some safety mechanism in the modem for this?
