Revision: RM530NGLAAR05A01M4G

How do I upgrade to latest firmware? I am running Linux.

It is still the lastest firmware and no need to upgrade.
For Linux, Quectel provide the QFirehose to update firmware.

Thank You. But where does Quectel provide this QFirehose? I can’t find it, and other people have also mentioned there is some confusion on where to get QFirehose from Quectel, and which version to use with which module.
