Good afternoon, colleagues, please tell me how is it possible to downgrade to the previous firmware EG25GGBGBR07A08M2G_30.007.30.007 in EG25-G-GB modem from the current firmware: EG25GGBR07A08M2G_30.200.30.200?

Hi, Sir
Generally, it is not suggested to downgrade. Could you please tell the exact reason?
Thank you for writing.
Yes, I realize that each subsequent update brings with it improvements.
Unfortunately, I don’t have exact information about the reasons, as my device was given to me by a customer and I didn’t ask him about it.
In order to comply with Qualcomm’s ban, this module cannot be used in RUS after the upgrade.
And once upgraded to EG25GGBR07A08M2G_30.200.30.200, there is no way to roll back. I’m also very sorry.
Is a rollback technically not possible? Yes, I know about Russia and Iran, but the reason for the firmware downgrade is far from restrictions, as far as I understand the client. Physically, the client and I are located in Kazakhstan. So there is no purpose to circumvent this restriction. Is it possible to dismantle the modem in PinePhone and then replace the modem, which has a lower firmware than the current one? Or even replace it with another model of the Quectel modem?
That should be able to access the register and access to the Internet. However, downgrading is not allowed. Quectel has made technical adjustments, and no downgrades are allowed after version 200, which is also emphasized in the Release Notes.
It is recommended to use modules of other models, and when purchasing, specify that they are for use in Kazakhstan or even Russia. This way, other models of modules will be recommended to you.
PinePhone does not use other modem models. Only your specified one. Then I will have to refuse my client, referring to your answer.
Understood. Very sorry. Thank you for your reply.
