How can i generate my own TTS resource for EC200U-AU

I would like to use a different voice on the device, how can i compile/generate my own quectel_tts_resource_english_16k.bin, which format does it use or how can i proceed

EC200U-AU does not support TTS functionality because the Flash space of the STD version is limited and the English version TTS library cannot fit in.

The module that i actually own does indeed support both Chinese and English TTS out of the box, I can even send you out a video as proof
