I am using EPAT to capture logs from a EC800Z-CN module, but the logs are formatted in hex. Any guidance or tools you could recommend would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you very much for your help and I am making good progress on EPAT. Now I am able to EPAT to capture debug messages from my EC800Z module but find it hard trying to pinpoint specific messages related to PSM/T3324 timer.
For example, I’d like to know:
Is there a message that confirms the network provider has accepted my request to enter PSM?
Is there a message that indicates the device successfully entered PSM mode after the T3324 timer?
Thank you for your invaluable assistance. That’s the evidence I need to inquire with China Mobile’s AE regarding the lack of PSM mode support on their network.
