We currently use LTE M1 bands in Europe (3/8/20). However, we’re trying to also add GSM support for some extra compatibility.
Unfortunately, for efficiency reasons, our brownfield devices weren’t designed to take the GSM peak TX current. We are trying to enable GSM on standard GSM 850/900 and 1800/1900 bands but limit max. TX current to 1A.
We found a relevant document for the BG96 here: Limit the maximum transmit power and we’re looking for some information about the BG95.
