Getting negative GNSS altitude values from EC200U module

I am getting negative altitude values from my EC200UEU_AA module. I tried it on the evaluation board with EC200U CN also and found the same result. How can I resolve this? Is there any firmware update available for the GPS and LTE module (EC200UEU_AA).

Have you put the gnss antenna outdoor?
And please send the AT command
