Frequent usage of AT+QGPSSUPLURL="supl.google.com:7276"

According to the documentation changes made by following commands are saved to NVRAM automatically.

AT+QGPSSUPLURL="supl.google.com:7276"
AT+QGPSCFG="plane",1

If they run every time modem is detected, does it harm the flash and may break the modem in the near future?

There are differences between NVRAM and FLASH. NVRAM is suitable for frequent data read and write operations, so you don’t have to worry too much about damaging FLASH.
