How does one go about checking for and getting updates for these cards? I tried asking for technical support from the website but when I click on send the request it just hangs. I have a few of these cards in services and I would like to update them.

Sorry for late response. You may drop a mail to tina.tang@quectel.com with your detailed information e.g. Initial FW version, certificate plans etc.
We will pass the information to proper FAE in US and come back.
Generally speaking, “support.quectel.com” allows registration to access the updated official FW and documentation. When you are Quectel customers, you will get granted.
